We always tell you to breathe

And here’s one of the reason why.

The simple act of breathing engages the respiratory system which uses some of the muscles in the body that we call core. So, when “working the core” be sure your breath work is leading the way. Instead of your breath keeping up with your movements or, even more damaging holding the breath.

Always remember, the inhale is just as, maybe even more, important then the exhale.
