1. PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 220˚C/200˚C FAN/GAS 7
  2. Wash and core the apples using a small sharp knife. Score a line around the skin of the apples at its widest point. Squeeze the orange.
  3. Place the apples in an oven-proof dish. Drizzle with the orange juice and bake for 25 minutes or until the fruit is puffed up and fluffly.
  4. Serve hot with the Greek yogurt sprinkled with cinnamon.
 Use any variety of dessert apples for this recipe as cooking apples tend to be watery and would need the addition of sugar to make them palatable.
