…are attending a Tom Meyers based workshop in January for Anatomy Training for Movement Therapists on Fascial Mechanics. The Anatomy Trains concept moves beyond mechanical “cause and affect” actions of muscles to the integrative relational connections of real-life functional movement.


Educational Essential Oil Class

Michele Schmidt — an amazing Registered Massage Therapist, Acupuncturist and Aromatherapist will be presenting an educational Essential Oil class. There will be discussion of the science behind essential oil as well as recipes given for muscles, joint and body health. Description: Iron yoga will leave you feeling empowered, relaxed, and energized. The components of this class will involve traditional strength training and yoga. Our goal of this class is to develop strength, flexibility, and confidence.

  • THURSDAY at 7 p.m  — Pilates Mat Class with Small Apparatus – with Erin 11 Weeks Starts April 14 – June 23
  • TUESDAY at 5:30 pm — Running + Reformer – 5 km run with post 30 minute reformer session. This is a special class with Erin 11 Weeks Starts April 12 – June 21.

Pilates Blast (45 minutes)

This is a new Reformer class being offered on Monday’s and Wednesday’s at noon. It is open to all levels (beginner – advanced) as adaptations and modifications can be made in our small class sizes.

If you are interested in being in this class and have not yet experienced the Reformer, please contact us to schedule a complimentary Reformer introduction private session.

Remember go ahead and register… You can know the amount you owe by looking here. You can buy the 14 week (for Mondays) or 15 week options.

Often Asked: How much do I write a cheque for?

When you register you will receive a confirmation of your schedule, but not a confirmation of your invoice amount; however you can find the class pricing here. Because of how the calender works, there are 14 weeks for the Monday classes and 15 weeks Tuesday to Friday classes.  The chart shows the price for each including the tax.
Class Pricing

If you will be away at all over the fall season please let us know during registration and your invoice will be adjusted to suit your schedule.

When you register for 10 or more sessions (per class) during the fall season our Package Price (this is a discounted price) is available to you. When you register for less the 10 sessions (per class) during the fall the classes will be invoiced at the full price per class/session.
